The best architectural designer in the hampden county area! We used Realigned Design to come up with floor plans for our fixer upper in Westfield. Greg was able to fully redesign our whole house and deliver the best and most efficient floor layout to meet our needs and wants. We gutted the whole house and were able to move the kitchen to another location in the house, added a second bathroom on the second floor, redesigned a staircase, lifted ceilings , and rearranged entrances and windows to meet our desire of having more natural light coming in. Greg was able to do a sun study and recommend the changes to be able to achieve it. My wife and I highly recommend this design firm to get all custom home plans done as we were treated right and the house plans were delivered in a timely manner to help us get the proper documentation to pull permits and continue with our renovations!

We hired Realigned Design to renovate the exterior of our house. They installed a new roof, new windows, and new insulated siding. We had a very good experience working with Realigned Design and recommend them highly. Our project was located in an environmentally sensitive area with highly restrictive building codes. Realigned Design worked successfully within those tough constraints. It was important to us that best practices and the most up to date building technology be incorporated into the renovation of our house. Realigned design was very knowledgeable in this area and work closely with us to arrive at an affordable design that we believe to be "state of the art" in building envelope construction for that type of house construction. We found Realigned Designs to be very good in all the following areas: - quality of construction - project cost control - communication - follow up after the project was completed Overall, we were glad we chose Realigned Design and would do so again.
